SCHOLARSHIPS ARE GIVEN TO A CHILD THAT HAS THE DESIRE TO BE INVOLVED. HAS A DREAM THAT NEEDS TO BE FULFILLED, BUT DOES NOT HAVE THE FINANCIAL CAPABILITY TO ATTAIN THEIR GOAL. WE HAVE SEEN HOW MUCH THIS HAS MEANT TO THESE INDIVIDUALS AND WE HOPE THIS WILL CREATE A MEMORY OR CHANGE THEIR LIFE IN SOME SMALL WAY).
